From page 4 to the Google Map Pack in 10 weeks for a craft brewery that deserved to be found.
BrewCraft ranked on page 4 for "homebrew supplies Austin." Basically invisible. Their previous website was a Wix template with no schema markup, inconsistent business info across directories, and 12 broken Google Business Profile categories.
Owner Diego Martinez had great foot traffic from locals who already knew about the shop, but tourists, new residents, and people searching "brewing supplies near me" never found him. He was losing sales to big box stores with worse selection but better Google visibility.
We built a fast, mobile-first site with LocalBusiness schema, embedded Google Map, and click-to-call. Then we audited and corrected his business info across 28 directories. We optimized his Google Business Profile categories, added product posts, and implemented a review request workflow.

More "near me" search traffic
New 4.8 star reviews in 90 days
I did not believe a website could actually bring in foot traffic. We are now the first result when people search "brewing supplies near me" and our weekend classes sell out every week. Best investment we have made.
Reviews were the game changer. We set up an automated system that texts customers 24 hours after purchase with a direct link to leave a Google review. In the first 90 days, BrewCraft got 89 new reviews with a 4.8 star average. Before this, they had 12 reviews total from two years in business.
The neighborhood landing pages also worked better than expected. Pages targeting "homebrew supplies South Austin" and "brewing equipment East Austin" started ranking within three weeks, capturing people who were searching with location-specific terms.
